Didnt believe it before I experienced it...

Legally justified or theft? Well - you decide!?

I'm not saying that this was theft, I'm ASKING if you think it was?. You decide if what happened was justified?

A lot of malicious claims have been made about my person - without a possibility for me to meet them. ADR.EU didnt want to hear - still dont want to hear - the person who took over the website certainly don't want to hear. I really don't like to leave malicious comments about my person and company undisputed on the Internet - and have pople claim I agree, because I don't dispute. My only option was to present my case on my own. If I let them remain undisputed, it can be assumed that I agree.

Well what followed from ADR.EU was that they decided:

  • couldnt see beyond a blank web page and then decided nothing was there
  • they disregarded my personal surname as a naturalized EU citizen (they currently hold a copy of my passport)
  • they disregarded my legally registered, yearly-accounting-required, active EU company (not a "non-commercial-patnership-thing")
  • never to question validity of accusations put forward
  • nobody obviously understood anything about something as sofisticated as... google


And all these people.. with same nationality.. reasoned:
